5 ★We installed this system in my mothers house and its awesome. I can now check up on her and talk to her at any time. I think as with all electronic gadgets like this you need good service. I have great service thru my phone and home computer and have no faults with Mobicam on any of the 7 camaras set up. So saying that, get better service and dont blame the system.
1 ★The device/app was a joke. It worked for about 12 hrs then wind made my wifi go in and out for a few seconds and it never connected again. All other devices did but not this. I reset wifi, reset network within the app and camera, reset the device including factor reset, reinstalled the app and nothing. The camera would say network established but it never came back online. Very disappointed and annoyed.
3 ★Have to download one of the other mobi apps besides this one due to randomly saying 1 of my camera's are offline so switch back and forth between other app and able to view then. Other issue I've had is the camera has moved by itself! After contacting Mobi about it, I have not "seen" it do it again... Yet....
1 ★First of all the instructions saying to "reset" by pushing a white button isnt accurate. The camera model I got has a reset " button" on top of the camera that requires a needle to push it. Never could get it to connect to my wifi. And after reading everyone's reviews of a lagging unreliable feed and discolored photos I'll just be returning this stupid thing
1 ★Horrible The joystick is so difficult to control. If you move it a certain direction it doesnt move. Then when you log back in the camera is facing all the way to the left/right or straight up/down. This is by far the worst camera app. They need to get rid of the joystick controller.
3 ★The App itself is great but it does however take way too long to connect to the camera! It also repeatedly freezes and I can't stress enough how dangerous that is! Having to constantly reboot the App especially in the middle of a potential issue is ridiculously panic worthy!
1 ★Constantly crashing, & when it's not crashing it says camera offline. My wifi works fine with everything except this app - so it's likely not a problem on my end... save yourself the trouble and don't bother getting this camera. complete waste of time and money!

1 ★Everytime i use it it loads and turns on, but after about 5 seconds it says it has a wifi connection problem & freezes. My wifi is working perfectly and i have my phone and camera on the same wifi.. POS. I can tell other people are having the same problems.
5 ★The cameras and app works great. We have 2 cameras set up and we love them. I have noticed that this version of the mobicam app is starting to work slower over time so I think it might be losing customer support
3 ★Kinda frustrated I like the alarm on the camera itself for when I am home, however when I am not home is when I want alerts and my notifications on my phone are not coming through on my phone. It's a motion sensored 360° camera and it's supposed t ok notify my phone of detected motion and its not.
3 ★fix the mobile phone alerts for every time the camera has motion. because ibwont give 5 stars for something that doesnt work correctly. if someone happens to pop in my house while im gone and notifications dont present immediately. then whats the purpose of the alarm
