3 ★On-line shop part is not great. How to add items from the shopping lists to my basket? Every time I need to re-create the basket from scratch, it is really not helping to save time (which is the key benefit of online shopping). The app should suggest how to pre-fill my basket, based on the omnichannel history of my purchases.
1 ★Oft fehlen Produkte in unserer Bestellung (man muss die Lieferung wirklich überprüfen), viele Produkte werden in der App nicht angezeigt, die man im Laden problemlos bekommt, die App hat regelmässig Probleme, Obst und Früchte werden nie reif geliefert. Ich habe so viel Zeit verschwendet mit dieser App. So schade!

1 ★Please bring back paper cash tokens for Migros vouchers. Even when activated in the app they don't work. It uses to be that the app barcode would work (even if the one on my Migros credit card didn't) but now even that doesn't work now I have to screen shot the voucher number before I enter the shop and pay at the customer services. Such a terrible experience compared to co-op
3 ★App has a bug when trying to search for items in the Order tab. It continues to closing without working.
5 ★The app is good. However when I'm using it while shopping I notice that certain items in my list just disappear without me clicking on them. Then once I'm home I realize I forgot to buy them. Idk if this is just a bug but it's quite frustrating.
4 ★Well done and fixed. Latest release subito doesn't allow payment, I have contacted the team, unfortunately they didn't understand that it's a sw problem on your side.
1 ★Rubbish! Die Subito Funktionalität ist sicher diskriminativ. Rund jedes fünfte Mal muss ich wegen einer "Stichprobe* das Personal aufsuchen, als ob ich "verdächtig" wäre? Das vergeudet einem die Zeit anstatt dessen, dass die App den Käufer Zeit freigeben würde. Und keine Belohnung für die vergeudete Zeit, währenddessen Migros sich eine gewaltige Summe erspart?
5 ★Great App, I like the scan and pay with your phone option (SubitoGO only in certain stores). Say bye bye to queuing at the register or self service terminals. Just scan with your Phone and hit PAY at the end of your shopping trip. Once confirmed just walk out of the Store. No standing in line or waiting for a self checkout terminal just walk out of the store!!! They should have this option in every MIGROS store.
