Zion gör en tävling av din organisations arbete med arbetsplatskultur, värdegrund, inkludering, jämställdhet och mångfald. På samma sätt som exempelvis en stegräknartävling tävlar medarbetare med varandra i vem som gör mest för de värden som organisationen bedömer som gynnsamma.GRUNDUTFÖRANDE
Appen finns i grundutförande med generella utmaningar som gynnar jämställdhet och inkludering på arbetsplatser. Du får poäng när du reflekterar och ser nya saker, mer poäng om du avbryter negativa beteenden och mest poäng om du aktivt driver inkluderingsfrågor. Appen visar en ”high score lista” på de fem medarbetare som har flest poäng i företaget och kanske väljer ni att köra tävlingen en viss tid för att sedan dela ut pris till vinnarna.
Appen finns även i Cornautförande för arbetsplatser som framförallt arbetar hemifrån.

UTVECKLARE
Appen är utvecklad i ett samarbete mellan konsultbolaget YourWill AB och It-bolaget Core IT i Örnsköldsvik. YourWill ägs och drivs av Stina Haglund, kulturanalytiker och rättsvetare. Stina undervisar i frågor kring organisation, ledarskap, normer, jämställdhet, mångfald och inkludering vid Umeå universitet och har sedan 2014 arbetat med dessa frågor ute på såväl små som större företag och organisationer.
