2 ★It's been long time since I used to download the app and so whenever I did , it loaded to download but Idk why it failed at the end though my phone storage is large. I did this many times and the same thing repeated. And yesterday I succeeded in downloading but when I started the app I stucked in the screen for almost one hour I guess. And I can't even register because it's too slow , still now it keeps slowing down. It'll be better if it is smooth while scrolling and also reduce the data.
4 ★It would be great if general feed notifications and private chat notifications had separate settings - so that you just get pm notifications if desired. I have notification overload, and would love to just opt for a few individuals to get notified of activity, rather than everyone I follow. It's improved so much over the last few months, but I can't log anything thru support on the app, I get an error.
1 ★I properly paid the subscription to access exclusive contents but when I try to watch videos, It won't play. The reminder "Unable to watch" pops up and black screen shows up. Maybe this app needed more time to be functional because it feels like this was so rushed to be launched. The contents are great and the missions too but the navigation is too complicated and hangs my phone even though I have strong wifi and updated phone software. You guys should also think about making a website version.
2 ★Update: Still super glitchy. Can't watch the membership exclusive content when I am already a paid subscriber. Why? Does not work for me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times already and it's always "server login error". Please fix it. Edit: Finally able to enter. Thanks for fixing that. A bit laggy though.

3 ★Generally cool, but the private chat function is very slow and the notification comes like..once and I suddenly have 50 unread messages from a member. I'd prefer a notification for every message. Also the loading takes FOREVER. And it doesn't instantly open when I tap in my Normal notification. I need it to be way quicker for this huge price I'm paying... (maybe take some inspiration from JYP Bubble. The app is actually good and has quick access. Let's not talk about jyp tho...xD)
2 ★The app is heavy, drains my battery so much, everytime i watch video it will load so much and it's bothering.
1 ★It's a good app but it keeps on lagging when I use it.. It has so many problems.. hope you can fix it, so the fans can use it smoothly. The app needs to be updated so I update it, but it takes so long to open the app after the update, I can't open it.
3 ★the app allows communication with idols I wouldn't have other wise, however I wish I could trade my call tickets for message tickets, I'm not interested in talking to I.A. recordings; the translating is horrific sometimes, there's several bugs in the system. If you miss mssg from an idol over several days some of the newer messages will translate to mssg from the pervious day. I think it would also be nice to have the option to prioritize which notifs you receive besides commutative notifs.
