1 ★Tried to change to a new email. Doesn't let you save any changes. I reached out to them so it could finally be updated and they claim they can't do anything because my email is "already in the system". 🤦♀️ Of course it is. I WAS using that email. It shouldn't be that difficult to add a new one on my account and fix this headache! This app was pretty awesome until support refused to fix an issue.
5 ★It keeps track of literally every purchase you've made with whatever account you sync with the app. I've only been using it for a month so far and although I haven't bought much, I've already accumulated a lot of points that'll go towards actual money. The amount of surveys they provide helps raise point especially when you don't buy much. Referring people gets big points so I'd say it's definitely worth the time.
1 ★For the most part the app is great. I haven't been able to sync my Walmart and Target accounts and now my Walmart and Target accounts have been disconnected and won't let me reconnect them. It says check username and password even though I enter both correctly. My Amazon account sync with no problem. This has been a continuous problem and is getting very frustrating because they try to put the blame on the user.
2 ★Super easy to get setup and get started! I think I'm going to love this app. October 10th UPDATE: I had to get a new phone and since i downloaded the latest version i CANNOT get my Wal-Mart or Amazon points!! It's requiring me to link those accounts but it won't let me. I never had to do that with my old version of the app. My rating is changing from previously a 5 star to about a 2 of they can't fix this.
2 ★The app would be a helluva lot more convenient to use if you didn't have to approve EVERY reward (ie: purchases, location, etc.). It doesn't take long to do, but its a pain in the you-know-what & if you don't do so, you lose it. To no fault of the app itself, I would of personally found it to be more useful if I spent more money on the debit card I attached but I handle cash more. It took me more than a couple months to cash out for the first time. NO INTEUSIVE ADS though!
1 ★Can't link my gmail, it keeps loading the page after I enter my email and password. Also, the earnings are very negligible..not worth it. All these rewards apps are slow to accumulate anything, but Pogo is by far the slowest. It'll take you months to get $2, and I make various purchases on a daily basis. Even with maximized returns, it is still negligible.
1 ★Using this app started out as a great experience. I made around $60 within a month. But today, my point balance stopped updating, even when I had earned points from surveys and even though I had received a notification saying that I had new points to claim from purchases. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now, it will not allow me to log in; it keeps saying there was an error. I have not violated any rules or done anything wrong. Just another app that ended up too good to be true.
3 ★in short; it works. just not as good as I'd hope. often times the receipt syncs will just straight up not work. more often than not, I'll try to sync receipts and get "-1 days until rewards for syncing." point payouts are pretty low. I've gotten like $7 total after having this for many many months, and redeeming points relatively often. it works, it's just kinda mediocre at best.
2 ★App was amazing for a while. Over a week I made $12 with points and surveys. Today there's no surveys and I get the same error message. Can't check and see if my cards are linked. Hoping it fixes itself Edit: The app bug was fixed. Thank you. Second it: Can't claim points listed. App keeps crashing. Can't do surveys either or scroll on the app as it crashes every time.
4 ★This app does actually give you cash back, but the amount you get from purchases is negligible. The other issue is that surveys pay next to NOTHING, and you will always get kicked out of any survey paying more than 10 cents. On the positive note, you get paid instantly once you reach 3000 points; I love this. Also, the side hustles are great too. It's not perfect, but way better than other money making apps. The surveys may only pay pennies, but at least you really will get those pennies.
5 ★My go to app for a quick payout when I want to make a small in app purchase on a phone game I frequently play and need that extra boost. This app pays at $3 or 3000 points. No wait time for your payment into PayPal. I've cashed out more than 21,000 points in just a few times doing surveys. Something goes wrong while taking one,just write to them in the prompt. You'll receive an email before the end of the day. Everytime. This is the single best one I've come across. Thank you team. Honestly.
1 ★Was Amazing Now it's 😢 This app was amazing, so good that I referred many family and friends. It's unfortunately buggy, in terms of when you take a pic of the receipt (s). It isn't detecting them correctly as other cash back apps. It keeps saying that it's a duplicate or another user hae uploaded it, when in fact it hasn't. I'm also saddened that they changed how much they give back now from what they did for each receipt. One good thing is the surveys, this I love!
