5 ★Been using Genbook nearly 4 years. Pays for itself with online booking capability. This generation loves to book online so they can book anytime they have the time to sit down, look at their calendar, all while seeing real time appt availability.

2 ★The app tells me that there's a needed upgrade and to go to the app store. I click to go to the app store, which then asks me to click the upgrade button. I click the upgrade button, which then sends me back to the original upgrade message. I've uninstalled and re-installed, re-booted my phone, all to no avail.

5 ★I love this app esp when I am on the go I can access my account whenever I need it. If and when there are glitches they are quick to fix them. I am happy with all the many features it offers as well. Been using Genbook since 2005.

1 ★I've reinstalled 5 times, and STILL can't log in. everything works on the computer, cant even get into the app. It's a good thing you have a 30 day free trial, cuz I'm gonna bail.

1 ★Galaxy S9 android user. Prompted to install an update in order to open Genbook. No update available. Reinstalled program. Continue to receive message to update but app store has no update. Genbook us now unusable. Where is the update? LET'S GET GET THIS FIXED ASAP.
