How to install Wise APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Wise APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.transferwise.android-v8.58.0-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

1 ★Locked out of app to system error and found out my account also wasn't detected by someone attempted to transfer (thankfully, because this is it for Wise). Incompetent help center, only told superficial solutions instead of looking deeper into the issue – promptly blamed problem on my device although I used multiple and in both Android and iOs; asked to reinstall app (same result); etc. In short, I'm defaulting back to conventional bank transfers for less stress.
3 ★All was great, but with a recent update, I don't get phone notifications anymore. It's the same phone. Nothing changed, but I dont get approval prompts. I reached out to help, and they couldn't help. I guess it is an issue with how my device is tagged/recognised for my account and should be a simple thing for the engineers to figure out. Now, I am stuck with approving via text message, which can be a long wait if I am roaming or out of signal.
1 ★Referral from my friend didn't work (yes I used their link). App doesn't find my friend. Adding funding takes for the first time only worked on the 3rd attempt. There is no add money on Home, instead one has to go to cards and add money... Why is the font so huge? Make it smaller and more data will fit on the screen... Sorry I expected more. Feels very DIY. At least the rates seem to be good.
1 ★There's no option to setup an environment, where the 2FA SMS is sended to an ANOTHER device. This app basically gives you an illusion about your money is "safe" but, it works seamless, when the app and the SIM is on the same device. But, it does strange error messages when the app is on another device than the SIM card. In the world of mass-satisfaction, thinking and do real questions is illegal. They have a look-like-help, designed for the brainless masses. When you had brain, and use it...
3 ★So far not impressed, had to get help to submit verification docs (through the app just never worked for me - and no explanation why). Also couldn't scan my card. Anyway I had/have high hopes, so let's hope things improve from here. I can live with low features, but then I wish the app would just admit when it fails. Overall the lack of reliable experience so far made me a little wary but maybe this is par for a low-cost bank..
1 ★Business accounts are broken beyond repair. Blocking cards for no reason, taking months and many emails to reactivate, every time you deposit money from the same account you have to be reverified and they block your money for a week - and you cant even cancel the transfer to get it back until someone somewhere in a universe far, far away decides to take a look. Abhorrent. Incompetent. To avoid.
1 ★First 3 transfers were fine, then every transfer made had some sort of issue. Iv had to provide my I.D multiple times. Proof of income multiple time, and proof of address multiple times. Each time they would decline the documents provided. Finally they deactivated my account and told me to read their terms and conditions to figure out what went wrong. Super annoying process. Takes 2 days for money to come through. Use another app its not worth the stress.
5 ★Wise is the best bank imaginable and it shows both in their app and the website. There's detail and nuance combined with the ease of use that's absent in many other banking apps (I hold 10+ accounts in several different countries). My wish for Wise is to not dumb down itself by taking away from the data it provides and to not make it less user friendly by requiring more clicks for operations than it currently has. Other than that, the name is a bit cringey, Xfer would have been better rename ;)
1 ★I am a customer of more than 10 years now and used Wise to transfer from two different countries. Suddenly they blocked my account without any reason. They sent me an email, that it is blocked and a link to verify details. When I click on verify it takes to login. When I try login, it says my account is blocked, I can not login. So, it is a loop. You have rights to ask any document, I am ready to provide. Should be a way to solve the issues. Customer support doesn't respond.
2 ★I simply love Wise service. It is amazing what they do, but I really don't like this app. It uses a very different logic than the Web application and it had some bugs. There is always some problems to make a transfer, I always need to Google something. It's super weird and confusing, not self explanatory. The card works well though.
1 ★I was using it most of the time and it was perfectly fine, but recently it takes already 5 days for the money to arrive. It is very inconvenient. Edit: I recently sent again, instead of 5 days, it says 6 days before the money will be received. Instead of improving the services, it looks like worsening. It's discouraging to use this app. Please try to fix it. Thanks
1 ★Ropey service, closes accounts for no reason, too unreliable to use. On top of that the service itself is poor, tells you to reply to emails with details of your transaction and then you get auto responses saying the mailbox is unmanned, you go to the help section and request things like a balance, so it gives you a link and prompts you to log in, but you can't log in because the account has been deactivated... Properly lame.
