You can also download all the champion skins to your phone,
just accept the policy terms of Riot and you are ready!!!
As long as you have selected a champion you can view the cost of RP and IP points
and attributes. You can navigate though menu to ablilities, tips and lore of each one.
You can also see the most of the available profile icons.

How to install Skins of LoL APK on Android phone or tablet?
