Untuk menggunakan layanan online ini, pemohon bisa langsung mengakses laman www.antrian.imigrasi.go.id. Namun bagi pengguna Android bisa langsung mengunduh aplikasi “Antrian Paspor” di Play Store. Sementara ini aplikasi belum tersedia bagi pengguna iOS.
