かつての琵琶湖の物流を支えた丸子船が拡張現実技術（AR）を使ってよみがえります！琵琶湖博物館に展示されている「近江八景」にカメラをかざすと、実物大の丸子船が現れ、江戸時代ころの風景の中を走る丸子船の様子を映像で楽しんでいただくことができます。
「びわ湖マーク」にカメラをかざすと、手のひらサイズの丸子船が現れ、丸子船の特徴を知ることができます。
