Elle propose un large éventail d'actualités provenant de l'ensemble des supports de diffusion numérique (site Internet, Douane TV sur Youtube et @douane_france sur Twitter).Deux nouveaux services sont consultables : une géolocalisation des services douaniers ainsi qu'un agenda des événements de la douane paramétrable suivant vos centres d’intérêt.
L'application mobile est complémentaire au site Internet, qui a évolué pour sa part en mars 2014 pour permettre la consultation des informations sur tous types d'écran (technologie en «responsive design»).
