Crveni krst Beograd kao humanitarna, nezavisna, neprofitna organizacija osnovana kao sastavni deo Crvenog krsta Srbije, pokreće projekat pod nazivom Red Info Portal u cilju obezbeđenja dodatnih sredstava pružajući servisno informativnu i propagandnu aktivnost na komercijalnoj internet stranici, radi ostvarenja humanitarne misije u pružanju pomoći ugroženim licimaSvesni činjenice da se nalazimo u eri novih tehnologija i elektronskih medija, a analizirajuću društveno odgovorna pravna lica među kojima je veliki broj onih koji se uključuju u društveno korisni rad i humanitarne intervencije, „Red Info Portal“ pokrećemo sa željom da razvijemo uspešan elektronski medij koji će biti pravo mesto svim pravnim licima da investiranje u oglasni prostor portala postane deo humanitarnog rada.
Sredstva prikupljena od oglasnog prostora portala usmeravaju se u humanitarne aktivnosti Crvenog krsta, i na taj način „Red info Portal“ postaje komercijalni elektronski medij koji je svojim oglasnim fondom izvor finansiranja potreba ugroženog stanovništva.
Tim „Red Info Portala“ čini više od 150 mladih ljudi, studenata završnih godina Filološkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu. Cilj ove izuzetno uspešne saradnje je mogućnost rada i profesionalnog usavršavanja za studente na projektu plemenitog cilja.
Prateći vesti iz celog sveta , kako bi se sadržaj učinio što atraktivnijim, „Red Info Portal“ je okrenut kulturi, tehnici, turizmu, medicini, nauci, humanitarnim aktivnostima, društvu u celosti, a jedino je lišen sadržaja koji je u bilo kakvoj vezi sa politikom i estradnom temetikom. Tekstovi će se objavljivati na dnevnom nivou, sa prednošću brze i tačne informacije iz svih krajeva sveta.
