What can my doctor do on a telemedicine visit?
Your doctor can prescribe medication (non-narcotics), diagnose your condition, or refer you to the appropriate specialty. If you need a note for work or school, we can provide that as well.
DocChat doctors are available for you if you have a question, forgot how to take your medication, or if you're simply not feeling better. You can IM them directly through the app and they will assist you.

Pay with insurance: We will submit your bill to your insurance company for you! If you are covered and we get reimbursed, we will reimburse your fee automatically. It's that simple.
Our guarantee is now 10 minutes: We always promised you'd see a doctor in 15 minutes or your call is free. Now, it's 10 minutes, and over 90% of calls are answered within 1 minute.
Update pharmacy after the call: Did you choose the wrong pharmacy and want to send your prescription to a new one? Now you can edit that in the app.

5 ★This app is fantastic. You can easily video chat with a doctor in the comfort of your home. No germ covered doctors offices, long waits, inconvenient office hours, and you can do it from bed! The app works well, flawless function and all of the right features. Revisit previous calls, manage your visits, manage children's appointments, and store your records. No challenges with audio, video, or sound and the fact that you get a free visit if you wait longer than 15 minutes is awesome. That's a win-win.
