3 ★Twice in a row the delivery came TWO HOURS LATER, although the app said it will take 45min. Then both times I received an email saying that my next order is delivery fee free BUT only if I order in the next two weeks and only if the order is above 30€. That doesn't seem quite fair. I also always tip the delivery guys. Perhaps if the delivery is late, then Flink should take over the tip or at least give me back my delivery fee. But not telling me it's "free" next time with those conditions.
2 ★Ordered 3 products. Only received 2 products. Contacted support to get money back. Received a voucher that was valid for only 2 weeks which I can only use if I spend €20 extra. I tell them I want my money back, they say they cannot because I already have a voucher. Only after argueing for a third time they tell me I will get my refund. Imagine getting this service in a physical store. 2 stars because I got my money back in the end. Otherwise 1 star experience.
1 ★First experience = last experience Download the app, gave a try. First order placed and paid that should be delivered in 35 min delayed more than 23h and then it was canceled. In contact with support team before canceling they didn't know what was really happening nor how to solve it. They end up canceling the order. Order fr-lil-8f6g-ekkq If you really want convenience think twice before using this app. It would likely bring you frustration.
1 ★Often happens that I place an order, I pay for it and then the order doesn't go through and I have to wait several days to get my money refunded. Also delivery fees used to be €1.80 and now they're about €5 with a minimum spending fee of €15 so you need to spend at least €20 which is quite a lot :(
2 ★Estimated delivery time is usally up to hours after the order has been made and picked. And I'm not joking here, I just got a new estimation that my order will arrive arround 1 am. This service is ok but far from great, from selection, delivery to prices. You get what you order, and the people delivering are always nice. But the company needs to do better (Understaffing seems to be part of their strategy and that's just wrong)
5 ★Great service. The app works well overall. Typing in the search field is quite buggy however.

1 ★Tries to guilt trip customers into paying extra tips while demanding too much money for a delivery instead of paying the Riders properly. This way flink tries to pay less taxes and to make more profit on the backs of the Riders and customers. This "business model" is doomed to fail on the long run.
1 ★Can not set my adress. Always see message - it seems entrance is far away from your adress. Have no idea how to fix. Horrible UX
1 ★Delivery time changed 2 times. Got delayed by 3 hours and counting(still not delivered). Order number, de-wup-wqpq-54p4. No reply from the customer support either.
