Sebuah radio komunitas yang dijalankan dan dikelola oleh komunitas buruh perempuan di KBN Cakung, Jakarta Utara.Radio Marsinah FM yang berdiri pada tahun 2012 ini kemudian ingin mengembangkan diri menjadi radio online agar bisa menjangkau lebih luas buruh perempuan untuk saling bantu dan bersolidaritas atas kesulitan yang dihadapi buruh perempuan, baik sebagai buruh maupun sebagai perempuan.
Selain merambah ke radio online, Marsinah FM bertekad untuk mengembangkan website Marsinah FM yang memuat berita audio, video dan teks (sms, dan artikel) dari dan oleh buruh perempuan. Diharapkan, dengan hadirnya Marsinah FM sebagai radio online dan website bisa meluaskan pengetahuan, informasi tentang hak buruh perempuan, oleh buruh perempuan sendiri. Makna partisipasi inilah yang menjadi topangan utama radio komunitas Marsinah FM.
