- Participer à la mise en place des idées retenues par les élus, en participant à des projets collaboratifs proposés par la mairie
- Alerter la collectivité (danger, dysfonctionnement, gaspillage, dégradation...)
- Évaluer, critiquer ou féliciter un service de la ville
- Poser une question à la collectivité ou à ses services
- Donner un avis citoyen en répondant à un sondage lancé par la ville
