Bu uygulama Kocaeli Büyükşehir Belediyesinin Toplu Taşıma Araçlarının Mobil ortamda denetlenmesi için geliştirmiş olduğu resmi mobil uygulamadır.Uygulama ile Toplu taşıma özel halk otobüsleri, taksi ve servis araçlarının ruhsat, ruhsat sahibi, araç, araç sürücüsü, denetim formları, varaka ve ceza bilgilerine toplu taşıma denetim ekipleri tarafından mobil ortamdan erişilmesi sağlanmaktadır.
Mobil ortamda toplu taşıma, taksi ve servis araçlarının ilgili denetimlerinin yapılması, denetim formlarının oluşturulması, denetim sonucunda görülen eksiklikler için mobil yazıcılar ile varaka düzenlenebilmesi, tespit edilen eksikliklerin fotoğraflanması sağlanmaktadır.
Servis Araçlarının güzergah izin belgesi sorgulaması, çalışan araçlara ait marka, model, şase, motor no, koltuk sayısı, ayakta yolcu sayısı bilgileri online sorgulanmaktadır.
Yapılan denetim sonuçları ve düzenlenen ihlal varakaları ile ilgili bilgiler ruhsat sahibinin cep telefonuna SMS olarak gönderilmektedir.
Araç sürücüsünün katılmış olduğu eğitim ve eğitim geçerlilik bilgileri sorgulanmaktadır.
