"Die App ""Behördensatellit"" generiert Bediensteten des Freistaates Bayern einen digitalen Schlüsselbund zum Zugang in den Behördensatelliten sowie in die gebuchten Räume.Voraussetzung ist die erfolgreiche Buchung eines Arbeitsplatzes / Raumes im Behördensatelliten über das Buchungssystem Raum-Ressourcen-Managment-System.
Um Ihren „digitalen Schlüsselbund“ in die App zu laden, muss innerhalb von 48 Stunden vor dem Buchungszeitraum das mobile Endgerät (zumindest) temporär über eine Internetverbindung verfügen.
REGISTRIERUNG
Voraussetzung für die Nutzung ist die Aktivierung der App im Rahmen eines Registrierungsprozesses. Hierfür sind folgende Schritte notwendig:
1) Erfolgreiche Registrierung im Portal Mitarbeiterservice Bayern.
2) Erfolgreiche Registrierung im Buchungssystem Raum-Ressourcen-Management-System (RRMS) (im Portal Mitarbeiterservice Bayen eingebunden).
3) Eingabe des Aktivierungsschlüssels. Der Aktivierungsschlüssel wird bei der Erstregistrierung im RRMS angezeigt. Ebenso ist dieser jederzeit im Nutzerprofil des RRMS einsehbar.
4) Vergabe einer individuellen achtstelligen PIN und deren Bestätigung.
BARRIEREFREIHEIT: Die App ist barrierefrei (LINK) und die Nutzung ist kostenlos.
