1 ★Ich wollte die Ladestationen prüfen, leider nicht einfach möglich.

1 ★Forgets login from time to time. Resetting Passwort does not work. Registering is a night mare. Certificates were expired. How can shell make billions of profits but create an app that is so bad?

1 ★Devant la borne, la connexion ne se fait pas entre l'application et la borne. Besoin de recommencer l'appli plusieurs fois avant que la connexion se fasse.

2 ★Keeps logging me out, which is super annoying. Even after logging in, it forgets plug type and other search filters.

2 ★The app only worked once in like 20 tries. Never use the contactless option. Does not authenticate with touching your phone with app open. Start charging with selecting the right charger from the app and pressing charge and don't waste your time calling them if it does not work. Forget about the charger screen and instructions. The whole charging infrastructure of Shell in Switzerland is a joke.

1 ★Scammers, don't even accidentally work with these scammers. They charged annual subscription, they d took 42 cfr, and the device I tried to charge does not work. I wasted 30 minutes installing and registering horribly bad software. Don't fall for the qr code, it's just a link to their advertising page. I wasted time and money with these scammers and didn't get service. How to report them to Google so that they can be removed from the offer, that's my goal now. Scamers !!!!!!!!!!

1 ★Need to restart to show charging session. Double the price than paying with card directly (even with yearly subscription)

2 ★A rather lackluster experience so far! The app is very unresponsive and requires frequent restarts. I'm running it on a new Pixel 8 series phone, therefore I don't think the phone is to blame. When initiating a charging process, it takes several attempts for the app to actually start charging. Same for stopping the charging. The progress of the current charging session is also not updated. Forcefully closing and restarting solves the problem after a few tries but is far from ideal.

2 ★I regularly am logged out of this app, and often cannot log back in. Makes charging from the app impossible.
