FUNKTIONEN
Erfasse Deine Medikamente und Einnahmen und lass Dich bei der Einnahme durch Erinnerungen unterstützen.
Gesundheitsdaten wie Gewicht, Trinkmenge, Blutdruck und die Anzahl Miktionen können auf deinem Handy gespeichert und von Dir verwaltet werden.
Mit dem Lexikon hast Du Zugriff auf zahlreiche Informationen zu Erkrankungen rund um die Niere.
ALLGEMEIN
Fachpersonen des Kinderspitals Zürich entwickelten diese kostenlos bereitgestellte App, um nierenkranken Jugendlichen, speziell nach einer Nierentransplantation, den Umgang mit ihrer Krankheit zu erleichtern. Die App enthält zahlreiche Informationen zu nephrologischen Erkrankungen und sie unterstützt die Eigenverantwortung der Jugendlichen.
ZU BEACHTEN
Diese App ersetzt nicht die Konsultation im Kinderspital bzw. beim Arzt. Sie dient jedoch als ergänzende Unterstützung der Patienten und unterstützt die ärztlichen und pflegerischen Konsultationen. Die App ist eine kostenlose Dienstleistung des Kinderspitals Zürich und es steht Patientinnen und Patienten sowie ihren Erziehungsberechtigten frei, diese App zu nutzen. Das Kinderspital lehnt jegliche Haftung für die Nutzung der App ab.
