Profesi pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) sangat lekat dengan penentuan kehidupan negara ke depan. Untuk mencapai tujuan negara sangat penting bagi PNS menerapkan nilai-nilai luhur dalam aktualisasi pekerjaannya. Persatuan: Cinta tanah air, rela berkorban, menjaga ketertiban, mengutamakan kepentingan publik, gotong royong. Kerakyatan: Musyawarah mufakat, kekeluargaan, menghargai pendapat, bijaksana. Keadilan: Bersikap adil, tidak serakah, tolong menolong, kerja keras, sederhana
3. Etika publik: Jujur, Bertanggung jawab, Integritas tinggi, cermat, disiplin, hormat, sopan, taat pada peraturan, taat perintah, menjaga rahasia
4. Komitmen mutu: Efektivitas, efisiensi, Inovasi, Berorientasi mutu
5. Anti korupsi: Jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja keras, sederhana, mandiri, adil, berani, peduli
