1 ★Recently, this week, started crashing on S6 Edge+ - Android 7.0 Edit - I'mnot contacting support. Artistdata always worked, and I've only hadproblems since switching to BIT. Either its a convenient app to manageschedules or it has no place in my devices.

4 ★This does the job and have been real responsive to my issues. But it still doesn't do a good job of separating bands or artist that have same or similar name and aren't even in the same country. Other than that it's a great way to keep your fans informed, and also being a fan to many bands helps me keep up with who is playing local to me at any given time.
2 ★I really would like to rate this app with the maximum number of stars.. But I have been having troubles for the past 2 years trying to separate my account from other artists around the world that have a similar name to mine. And I even contacted the help center numerous times. Shame cause it would be such a good app for artists if it wasn't for this inconvenience.
1 ★Really annoying. The one band im in that does the most gigs, wont sync withit, so its largely useless for me.. there is no feedback possible, or anychance of contact to make anyone aware of issues. Frustrating.
4 ★Not without its bugs, Bandsintown is still the best app of its type. Please keep developing the desktop/browser version! Most buttons are unresponsive... I haven't been able to get it to work at all!
1 ★**UPDATE** With some help from support removing permissions to the app and reinstalling it on my fb, twice, I got it working. There definitely are still issues with the process and the process of contacting support (broken contact from the app), but my issue is solved and I am now able to use this app. So thank you. *old* Can't add my artist. I've got two artists and I set up the wrong one on accident (the one you click deselects it, not selects it). So I clicked the Install button next to my other artist, and it says "An error occurred. Please try again." so I did. Nothing. Logged out and in. Same error. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It didn't do the same select your artist thing, just went to manage the artist I don't want to manage on the app. When I click Install next to the artist after this reinstall, Same error. Tried to use the email form, but that just goes in circles telling me to read help articles before I send, and when I click send anyways, it then resets the form. When I fill out the form and click send, it does the same thing and still won't send. Will update review if they help and get my artist setup.
5 ★Very helpful for keeping show dates organized and accessible for our audience. It's also really cool that we link it to our website so it automatically shows up there as well. 😀🤖✊🤘👅
4 ★After initial problems am finding this app very useful. Big problem when putting in venue as the map is so inaccurate. Wish they would fix this.
1 ★Created an account and filled all instructions however everything I try to login it keeps popping no managed pages found where in I manage two pages and moreover does not even give an option to key in the credintals manually.
4 ★Seems like an awesome platform to promote yourself as a musician/band and great for recommendations re live music. The automated posts to other social media services alone is worth using this app though. Reduces the amount of work you have to do to promote yourself MASSIVELY.
1 ★Go to manage my bands page and continuously get a null error. Not a productive app unfortunately.
