1 ★The worst. Ordered with an estimated delivery in 40mins. After 60 mins they straight up cancelled my order.. :/

1 ★Location fails almost all the time. Orders getting cancelled randomly without any notification. Difficultmto changen my location, not able to remember my card. Orders can't be tracked and rated. I'd rather use wolt. 😏

1 ★Completely false estimations, bad quality app and lack of customer service.

1 ★Horrible customer service. You can't give feedback or give star to restaurant after ordering, I am not sure how they gave stars to restaurants. Apps help center works horribly. This app needs fully reprogrammed and work more transparent.

1 ★Horrible experience . They took my money from my bank account and cancelled the order without notifying me. When I try to get explanation there is not an agent to chat with. Stay away from this service , there are better service. Let's hope I will get my money back eventually.

4 ★I would love if you could include any kind of filtering to the app, e.g. when I would like to select a pizza, I could filter out every option which contains tuna, or filter on pizzas which has sour-cream base, etc...

5 ★I use it frequently, the netpincer go shipping is always very fast for my location and the delivery people are always nice. The app is ok, once I needed to reinstall the app to load and that was annoying, but other than that, it works. The app has nice promotions sometimes, like free shipping and more discount if you spend more for certain restaurants. And you can use SZEP card, which is essential for me.

2 ★It used to work but lately it doesn't start. When I tap to start it, it shows the logo, then the waiting animation (static, though) for about half a second, then it vanishes. I guess it's an exception somewhere. Tried to restart the phone, no change. I'm using it on a Huawei Pro 30 (VOG-L29), build No. 11.0.0.138, Android 10.

1 ★Achievements do not progress, not even when conditions were met. E.g. I ordered sushi several times but the Order Asian food achievement did not progress any further. I guess it is because the restaurant did not edit their profile as an Asian restaurant which makes no sense because support team cannot modify these afterwards (or at least that is what they keep telling) thus the whole new achievement system is useless and not reliable at all.

1 ★After I gave a new address and paid the order, it was sent to a previous address. I connected with the customer service immedately, but they said they can not change the address (about one minute after the order). The order was sent to the wrong address, they said that if I can't be at the another address in 15 minutes, I won't get the order. The order was paid already, so I lost my money. Poor app, poor customer service.
