3 ★APP VERSION 5.46.23 Great app, love it...except for one really annoying problem: the SEARCH feature does NOT work! After typing in an item to search, a 'spinning wheel' icon displays, and just spins continuously. No results ever appear. I've closed and reopened the app...cleared the app storage and data...even uninstalled and reinstalled the app - to no avail!!! It's really annoying, and out of my control. Emailed customer service 4/25/2021 to request an update/fix. Will update as applicable
1 ★Why do I get inside track notifications,if I'm not an inside track member? Either include a way to turn off inside track notifications, or I'll have to turn off all notifications. No way to view circular that used to be mailed out. Hard to navigate, because search function doesn't display what you're looking for.
5 ★I love it harbor freight that's my number one store I love to shop in. What I found to be very irritating was when I am entranced and dialed into my own little world but as your skimming along at their website if you to look closely when you go back the prompts send you all the back to the front and hopefully you will be able to get back to the where things interested you. The other thing is their check out is very confusing their put in cart instructions can't and won't keep up.
3 ★Please include some features in a future release: 1) Login 2) Check inventory of a specific store 3) Hold for pickup (including online payment). My local store is a very frustrating and congested drive, would like to not waste a trip if I can't get what i need. Would be 5 star with these features.
1 ★Endless loops trying to find in store items. All you can offer is an order-today-for pick-up later. Is it in my store or not? What's the point of having an app if I have to drive to he store and order ? This isn't 1983. Do you sell buggy whips by mail too?
1 ★I'm very disappointed in harbor freight I spent tons of money there and they can't pull up the records of what I bought when I bought it I had to go to my bank and pull out every transaction it's just a waste of an app then they offer you a credit card and then they it don't matter if you got excellent credit scores if you're lucky if you get one

2 ★Useful app at times. Sadly there is no way to customize the notifications. Every day new notifications. Most times a few a day. Gets annoying, and fir that reason I Uninstalled it.
2 ★Terrible, is this actually from Harbor Freight? Search function doesn't work. Just sits there .. Browsing g departments doesn't show all pages. You can't login to your account, can't see your list, can't choose your store and can't see local inventory/availability.
2 ★Not a full app. The website is better and even that isn't very great. No log in to see purchase history or a synchronized cart from my desktop browser. Uninstalled.
1 ★Very poorly designed app. I used recieve a 20% off coupon that worked on most items I purchased and even in some cases covered the cost of their extended service protection. Now if I want to save a few dollars I have to Google that coupon. None of that information is in the app on top of ads for the Inside Track Club which I do not need. Really wish they would allow customers to use more of the original coupons. Love shopping at Harbor Freight but wish that would change.
3 ★Was better when they sent out catalogs and had .monthly freebies. I used to go in nearly every week, now every month or two.
