Ab dem 2. April 2024 sendet die Kulturwelle des Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb) unter dem Namen "radio3". Damit startet eine programmliche Neuausrichtung, die dem Austausch über kulturelle Themen und kulturpolitische Debatten im Vergleich zum aktuellen Angebot breiteren Raum gibt.
