4 ★I really like this app the main tracker I use is to track my mood. It needs to have a setting/mode I could set so I could just quickly answer the questions in my notification tab and hit what mood I'm in from my notification bar.
1 ★Now all of a sudden when I get a notification that I have a new insight it's locked and I guess I'd have to pay to read it. Not very helpful in a crisis situation. Are there any truly free mental health apps that aren't trying to sell me something?
