شیخ فخرالّدین ابراهیم بن بزرگمهر بن عبدالغفار همدانی یا فخرالّدین عراقی و کمیجانی از شاعران و عارفان ادب فارسی زبان در سدهٔ هفتم هجری می‌باشد. وی در کمیجان به دنیا آمد در مورد نام و نسب عراقی میان غالب تذکره‌نویسان اختلاف است.به روایت حمدالله مستوفی در کتاب تاریخ گزیده نام او ابراهیم، لقبش فخرالدین و نام پدر و جدش بوذرجمهر این عبدالغفار الجوالقی در همدان است.
تولد عراقی بنا به تحقیق سعید نفیسی روستای کمیجان از توابع فراهان بزرگ و به سال ۶۱۰ هجری است.
فخرالّدین عراقی در ۸ ذوالقعده ۶۸۸ ه. ق.، در دمشق درگذشت.
