Sodarata' adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dibuat untuk mewujudkan konsep Makassar Smart City dan ditujukan khususnya bagi warga kota agar dapat berinteraksi langsung dengan birokrasi baik berupa saran, pujian, kritikan bahkan keluhan atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh aparat pemerintahan. Dan, diharapkan semua komentar interaktif tersebut dilakukan secara Sombere atau mengedepankan sifat dan sikap sopan santun dan ramah sekaligus cerdas sesuai cerminan tradisi lokal warga Makassar. Dengan demikian, Makassar Smart City dapat terbangun oleh Smart Citizen yang Sombere dan pada akhirnya tercipta pula pemerintahan yang bersih, akuntabel dan transparan.Aplikasi ini dipersembahkan oleh Bagian Hubungan Masyarakat Pemerintah Kota Makassar.
