2 ★It's a good platform to get products at good deals. However there's no excuse for incompetence. I ordered an item a week ago, paid for express delivery and got the wrong items. I booked a return and exchange, yet it took 2 escalations and 5 days later they collected the incorrect item and the same day I'm supposed to get the replacement unit. Lo and behold, on day 6 I get the replacement unit, BUT AGAIN, it's the incorrect item. I think their DC staff needs to get trained to read barcodes proper
5 ★takealot makes my life easier Anything I ever want is just in my finger tip. The app is easy to use and the service is wonderful. I have had two returns and all of them was never a hassle, their customers are their number 1 priority and they also deliver on the date they said they would. Their frivers also are well mannered. I have no vomplain thus far with the app nor takealot itself all I can say is that it made my life easier and online shopping memorable and enjoyable. Keep it up!!
1 ★Very disappointed on this app, I returned my son's head phone on the 15th May 2021 because they gave me broken ones, till today I never got them back, which means my money is gone down the drain, they can't even help me even when I call them, and it was his birthday gift.

4 ★Great... Efficient & on time deliveries... Goods you not happy with damaged or quality are picked up with no problem... Just a small snag... Dettol bottle was not properly closed... Spilled over the other items... Tried to return... Non returnable... But I'm still waiting for someone to call... Otherwise orders & deliveries & prices are great... You guys Rock Jules...
3 ★The app and the purchasing part is a great expirience they deliver on time, but when issues arise things are not good because Takealot make a lot of promises but deliver below par. I hope there will be no such going forward.
5 ★Everything I ordered comes as is. The people who deliver are professional, they inform you before time when ur package will arrive and u have an option weather to delay the date or not. Fantastic app I enjoy using it.
4 ★Happy with all the products I bought before, but had one disappoint regarding the return of faulty electronics, I had to dispose brand new (tried to switch it on once) TV because the power supply failed and all i got was we do not do warranties, the supplier does not even exist and got no help from take al lot when i tried to contact them. Bottom line and lesson i have learned is DO NOT by electronics on line, you cannot refund it when faulty.
5 ★The updates made to the app in recent months have really beem great. Multiple wish lists and the payment portal is also a much more seamless experience. Great work ,keep it up Takealot team. Would be even better if they added a dark mode. Please add a dark mode.
