1 ★Support is now non-existent. They used to be great, 2 support tickets for the same issue are still unanswered it's been weeks without a response. Update 07/12/24 Still no support again. I have two tickets that I can't get a response on. I don't know if they're going out of business or what?
2 ★They refuse to update it. Get another health tracker. It crashes everyday on Samsung.

3 ★2 issues: privacy and reliability. If the wrist sensor runs out of battery I can only resync auto sleep monitoring by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Sleep data ain't be collected until I do that. No other combination of resets work. Privacy: the selection to only use GPS while only using the app will NOT allow the app to connect in spite of the app starting you can via the typical warning "may be degraded performance". Once connected using "allow any time" the setting can be reset.
5 ★I love the sleep device. Learning how various actions affect my sleep is so helpful.
3 ★I like the HRV tracking. My doctor suggested I get this so we could keep track of some trends and address some issues. My problem is with the app. I will constantly get messages throughout the day telling me to sync because I haven't done it since yesterday. Even when I did it 15 minutes prior. When I try to stop the sleep recording in the morning, it routinely locks up and says it can't connect to the wristband and to get closer to it. The wristband is on my wrist holding the phone.
1 ★App constantly disconnects and stops syncing in the background. Latest update flagged by avast as malicious, and logged me out without saying anything, so I lost a bunch of data. Don't buy this until (if) the company sorts themselves out, but it really does seem like a slowly dying project.
1 ★Horrible! I was with them from the start. The company has gone downhill every year since. I honestly can't wait for my evo to die so I can purchase something else. Whoever is running the show should be let go. So much promise wasted. Now the latest update logged me out and blocked me from logging in. Maybe it's now time.
