1. Le Client télécharge l'application ou se connecte
2. Le client saisit ou scanne le code taxi affiché sur la vitre
3. Le chauffeur est informé de la demande en temps réel sur l’application chauffeur
4. Le chauffeur saisit le montant de la course sur l'interface puis valide
5. Le montant est envoyé au Client qui doit confirmer le montant de la course (il peut ajouter un pourboire). Pour que le paiement soit effectif, il devra s'identifier avec son numéro de téléphone (compte PayByPhone) et son mot de passe.
6. Le chauffeur patiente quelques instants et reçoit la confirmation et références du paiement sur l’application. Le paiement est effectué.
NB: Si le Client n'a pas encore d'identifiant PayByPhone, il doit créer un compte avec sa CB
