VendMAX Service Tech Mobile App enables the service technicians to most conveniently view, update and close their service calls. With this app, the service technicians can receive notifications on their phone as soon as the service calls are dispatched. They can view the details of the service calls, update the progress, resolve the issues, as well as track the parts needed to resolve the issues – all on their phone. The app also allows them to map the machines with issues to view where they are located, so they can best plan their day. VendMAX is automatically updated based on the actions of the service tech, completely eliminating the time spent on routing calls, entering call resolutions and closing calls.

How to install Service Tech APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Service Tech APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)

1 ★This app still does not work. Office dispatch calls and some come through and some don't. Some come a day later. I get a green dot on my app that says I received a call but nothing shows up. Not able to set specific notifications. Whoever designed this should be fired and the app trashed.
2 ★No force sync option. Closed calls no longer sync, closed calls seem entirely client side. Our team share this app to communicate what needs doing/has been done, and without syncing we're basically forced to ask each other whats been done daily to keep track of calls. I'll close a call, it will say closed, but not synced. if I log out and back into the app, the call is back and open. Please fix, work productivity suffers as a result.
3 ★App is still buggy with this new release. Still truncates call close outs @ 100 characters. Still no force sync button to force it to update itself. A few of our tech close calls out and the next morning calls are still open. When they launch app again it will close them. Like the ability to generate calls / redispatch them from my phone, but when generating calls from it, occasionally a bug cause it to create the same call 3 times. App does a poor job at updating the notification field (Android, don't know about iPhone). At the end of day, I have multiple notifications at the top of my phone about calls that have already been closed out. I have to manually get rid of them. Crane / Streamware does a poor job when it comes to responding to its customers, so don't expect much help.

1 ★This app is disgusting. After the 10/6/2017 update it has been terrible. The service call is constantly ringing, sometimes when you dispatch the call it takes a half an hour to come through; when it does come through it rains every 5 minutes even if I check the service calls to show that I looked at it, it still pops up in my notifications & rings. I know you're there; I dispached it to myself! Its ringing right now & I dispached two calls to myself @ 4:30pm... it's now 6:55pm. No new calls but it's ringing & I can not silence notification sound. Wish I could show you. I even had IT department contact streamware on for different occasions and nothing comes out of it. I can't even map out my location using the map icon anymore. It says "location one cannot be found" for every service call. When I have to leave detailed notes it chops off half of my description. You took a ok app and destroyed it. I admit that the app was not great to start with, but it's all we had & I dealt with it. Please fix immediately!!!

5 ★Got the login fixed but now we don't get new service calls as they are dispatched, we have to open the app then they all appear and we get the notification. Hopefully this gets fixed soon so we don't have to keep opening the app every 15 min to check for calls.
