2 ★This app constantly crashes requiring updates. I forced to stop background data from running which drains the data and battery, then discovered later was still using data and battery. Past 3 years I've had multiple issues with this app even after updates. Trying to transfer season tickets from my account manager not very user friendly. Pictures and Hawk stories are great. Mechanics in this app are like a bad ref they suck.
2 ★Mobile ticket access needs more bandwidth! Hey Seahawks: if you want 81,000 people to have to *all pull their tickets up live on their phones at the same time* (or at least within 15 munutes of each other), *you need to make sure there is enough bandwidth outside the stadium*!! The entry lines at Centurylink have been slow lately because it can take up to 3 minutes for the App to load the new 'live' tickets. What a dork-up...
1 ★The Seahawks app requests my location about once every hour. I've denied this permission, as well as Bluetooth and microphone access (Why does it need mic access at all times? ) and now it complains periodically that it doesn't have access. Why does a mobile ticketing app need to know where I am that regularly? I suspect that the company behind this app is selling location data.
1 ★This app sucks for listening to the game! Today during the Detroit game the audio kept cutting out. I switched from Wi-Fi in my Everett home to the T-Mobile cellular network and now the app says I'm outside of the market and forbidden to listen to the game. Had the same issue in Westport, WA where I could clearly pick up KIRO radio in the car but when I switched to the app it says I'm out of market. This app SUCKS!
2 ★So much potential, but so much doesn't work properly. Crashes. Radio stream says out of market or keeps shutting off when it does work. Good luck using much of it in CenturyLink on game day. I only keep it in the off chance it works properly... I would be better off buying scratch tickets.
1 ★Bad. I kept getting multiple pop-ups, throughout the day, stating the app isn't working and that I only had 2 choices to continue: 1. Close the app 2. Send feedback. All I got from Support Services was a 'thank you' but they never fixed the problem!
1 ★I am less than 50 miles from field. App wants location services on. I have tuned them all on and off, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Two weeks in a row. NOTHING! Sound bar shows there is audio, but no sound. No request in location services from app. How about fix your app?

4 ★It's a really nice app to be able to keep track of you 2014 champs. It is easy to navigate and find Seahawk info including articles, tickets, game times, etc. Would give 5 star but it is not always up to date. Go Hawks
5 ★Love this app but I are wish you would make the notification sounds customizable. I hate that the notification sound is the default sound. Can't tell the difference between a text message or Seahawks scored.
1 ★Not really sure why they would wait to push an update 3 days before a game, but now the app doesn't work and I can't transfer tickets to a friend for the game. next time, maybe test the update BEFORE you push it?
