5 ★Great filters to look for what you want. Easy to use, too.

3 ★I haven't had a chance to try the in-arena functions yet, but they look cool. However, the fonts are microscopic and need to be adjustable. Also, it should default to the team that's playing today. You should also be able to pick, like if you don't like hockey, just show the Bulls. I would have put this in the feedback section of the app, but it didn't work.

1 ★There was no option to upgrade seats available, the search functionality is poor and the mobile food ordering and payment system is nowhere to be found

1 ★Sitting all the way up in the 300 level, kind of tired after a long day. We saw this app advertised on the big screen. Order food! Get highlights! Created an account, and the first question it asks it you seat/section/row you are sitting. Wow, that must mean they deliver! Why else would they ask for this information? We ordered a couple of brews, some food. After paying, it says "Your food will be ready in 5 minutes outside section 108". On the OTHER side of the building. 30 minute round trip walk, only 10 minutes left before the 3rd period starts. It would have been nice to know this information *before* you took my money. By the time we get there, the food is cold. The UC was nice enough to get us some fresh stuff..but dang. What a waste.

5 ★Lets me keep up with the Bulls AND Blackhawks - totally sick.
