1 ★Terrible experience. Can only be used for Ticket management. Can not send tickets to Google Pay. App crashed while trying to enter the stadium for the 1st pre season game. Good thing I brought my season ticket card to the game or I probably wouldn't have been able to get in. others had trouble getting in at the gate as well. Good thing only a quarter of the fans showed up for the game. If 70000 people had shown up it would have been a nighmare!
2 ★Not a good app. I live in Denver so there aren't a lot of ways for me to keep up with Ravens news and reports outside of this app, but it's almost not worth it. Slow loading on strong wifi signal, lots of freezing during videos. Sometimes I can't even get the homepage to load at all.
3 ★I love the Ravens and I even enjoy this app. However there is a couple flaws with it. The main problem is that it crashes after you watch a video. In the videos the first few seconds will be very blurry sometimes also. Other than that though it's a great source for Ravens info.
2 ★Customer service is non existent and developers DO NOT READ ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE APP. More concerned with constant barrage of advertisements than usability of app. Static ads with black backgrounds make reading the news content IMPOSSIBLE. I would post pictures, or send them with reports, but developers DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ISSUE AS LONG AS THEIR AD REVENUE IS FULFILLED. Only reason this isn't a one star is because the game day radio works as it should, although it is off by 30 seconds.
3 ★Overall the app is great. Super informative and fun to use. I'd give it a total 5 stars but it runs in the background after closing app. Drains battery tremendously. Quickly. Hope this gets fixed soon. I dont really use the app much anymore because of this issue. Look forward to getting back to my ravens app.
3 ★The defense seems to be a winner, but also if we plan to WIN another Super Bowl, you MUST allow Lamar to call some of his own plays and audibles , give him some lethal weapons to throw to besides over using his running ability for his longevity, bc he's a very accurate passer, and can change the game with his arm as well as his legs, pls RECOGNIZE and DON'T IGNORE. YOU NEED TO PUT SOME RESPECT ON HIS NAME, or don't be surprise that he could WIN IT ALL some place else. LETS US WIN IT ALL!!!!
2 ★Poorly written app that crashes often. Adds load overtop of articles or backgrounds bleed through where they aren't supposed to be, rendering some article portions totally illegible. And there is no excuse in 2022 for ANY app not to have a dark mode. I expect an organization with the size and funding resources of an NFL football team to do better on the "fundamentals" of application development.
1 ★Used to have a great app. Now it just burns through battery and is always running in the background. I have to Force Quit every time I open it so it does drain me to 0%. I didnt want to leave a negative review but I sent App Feedback twice and never got a response or fix. Love my Ravens, please fix the app, cacaw!
3 ★Still pretty glitchy. Also, no matter what settings you put your phone on, the orientation will change from portrait to landscape and back whenever you sit/lay down. Otherwise decent app.
1 ★When you fix your app maybe I'll I'll redownload it. Constantly problems with loading even if it ever loads. In app features that never work and have sent several tickets about it so obviously you don't care if it works anyways. You all should have plenty of time with country shut down to fix this and haven't.
1 ★Was excited to download this app for videos scores and everything else it had to offer since the games aren't shown where I live. This app Lags alot. Alot of freezing and shutting down. Won't play th videos. I am highly disappointed. Fix it and I will redownload as of now I have uninstalled.
1 ★watching a live feed is nothing but glitches. Same ad plays 6x in a row having to close the app and start over to try and see anything. Not worth even using, ill have to find another way to enjoy the game when a TV isn't available.
