The more you use Thrive, the more tailored it becomes. The goal is to turn healthy skills into healthy habits so you can feel more like yourself again.

# WHO CAN USE THRIVE?
You can only use Thrive if your healthcare provider, health plan, employer, or other sponsor referred you to Thrive.
# HOW DO I ENROLL?
To enroll in Thrive, you'll need your "Enrollment Token", which you may have received in:
- an email from "Thrive Team" (thriveteam@mytimetothrive.com)
- a brochure that your healthcare provider gave you
- a postal letter from your health plan
When you launch the Thrive app, select your provider (the healthcare provider, health plan, employer, or other sponsor that referred you to Thrive) and click the Enroll button. On the following page, enter your Enrollment Token.
# WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
Thrive is fully software-driven; it does not provide communication with a coach, clinician, or other professional.
Thrive is not a substitute for medical care.
Since Thrive uses a lot of video, we strongly recommend you have a broadband Internet connection.
You can also use Thrive from a computer using your browser. You can switch back and forth between your computer and mobile app; Thrive will let you pick up where you left off.
How to install Thrive APK on Android phone or tablet?
