The Midtown Express is a $847 million, 27.8 mile construction project that includes portions of State Highway (SH) 183, SH 114 and Loop 12 in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.This project is being design and constructed by SouthGate Constructors, a joint venture. This team is comprised of Fort Worth-based Kiewit Infrastructure South Co., and Dallas-based Austin Bridge and Road.
