1 ★App worked great ..at first. Android updated, and now it requires me to login and re-input all data like I am a first time user. They need to update their app before it will be useful again. This app, when it worked, did exactly what I wanted, but now, it is aggravating me every day.
1 ★App is broken, will return my scale.... everytime I log into the app, you have to reset up your profile , it does not save it. This is a problem because I weigh more then the top weight of the app , so when I choose the weight when I set it up it misses up all my other Google Fit apps. This throws off my tracking. highly disappointed I just can't Bluetooth directly into the scale. I will be returning the scale, if this does not get fixed
3 ★At first. I would only have to create accr, then Log-In ONCE. Unless I logged completely OUT or restarted my cell phone, it had KEPT ME from entering all the data. To do this, I would just minumuze the App. NOW, EVERY TIME I try to use App, it Won't just Ooeb, to use with the bluetooth scale ... it makes me put in my User Bame, Password, gender, DOB, Wt. Goal. HELL BY THEN, I FEEL LIKE saying Screw it! App not up-dated for nearly 1-1/2-years. Wish they'd ADD an entry for Blood Glucose.
1 ★Bought these scales specifically because of this app. What a joke. Same issue as everyone else. I have to keep setting it up every day so it isn't saving a thing. For the price I paid I am considering taking them back and getting the cheap dial ones. Extremely disappointed. If I could give this app a zero I would.
1 ★Useless. Completely non functional. Must sign up and re-enter your profile every day so there is no data tracking capability. Sign up via Facebook option crashes as soon as you tap it. So obviously you should not buy any of the scales, fitness trackers, or sleep feedback systems this is supposed to monitor or control exclusively.
1 ★I recently bought a nuyu scale at Walmart. as a scale it works. The app... I had hopes for it. I have a Moto Z3. I loaded up the app and registered and was able to record me weight. The next day I opened the app and had to go though the registration process again. To make a long story short. I have to register every time I want to record my weight. *** I will not recommend this product until the app is cured of its amnesia. *** this APP is a "ZERO" star app.
1 ★ONE OF THE WORST APPS EVER!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR BUY! You have to create a new account everytime you log in! Other users made same complaint, but I foolishly decided to give it a try! There are several complaints concerning the same thing and nothing has been done. RETURNED MY SCALE. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THE SCALE OR DOWNLOAD THE APP!!!
1 ★One of the worst apps I've ever downloaded.The platform is user friendly, however, it does not save any of your information from the previous login. Not only do you have to log in each time you use the app, you also have to input ALL of your goals, etc. The app is 100% pointless.
1 ★I just got this nuyu and it doesn't even work. It won't even let me connect to the Bluetooth
1 ★The scale is nice and sleek but the app.... Every time I log in, I always have to re-enter my gender, height, weight, and birthday. I would think those are things that should stay except for the weight when syncing with the scale.
1 ★It literally logs you completely out each time you close the app, & when you try to sync it tells you to step on scale! When in fact you are!! Even when you only have Bluetooth activated it still logs out completely, I will be returning this ASAP! Waste of time, money, & very frustrating!!
1 ★just bought the scales and will be returning them. the app sucks. it's like everyone below has said, it logs you out and then you have to register every time you open it. that sucks because I was really excited to have scales that sync with my phone.
