3 ★i scan the item ive purchased twice and it say that the item was authentic, the following days i scan it again infront of my frnds to show that the item ive purchased was authentic,but unfortunately upon scanning it shiw that the item was suspicious..how can this happen..so confusing
1 ★Just loading over and over again. No response at all when first opened this app. Such a waste of time. My phone is samsung s8+ Try on another phone with good internet connection, but the app keep telling to check network. Such a shame.

1 ★Don't waste your time unless you have rock steady hands. It doesnt focus properly on any barcode in my possession. Think its just too sensitive to movement cos flickers between white and red on the focusing just from me breathing.
1 ★I seriously never had so many problems with scanning before, this app is just... cannot be used. It keeps getting out of focus, all blurry, even with or without flashlight. I tried so hard to move back and forth and everything, but this app keeps getting out of focus, blurry, and just cannot scan anything at all (I tried on 4 same products, at least 1 of them is 100% authentic) but still, since the camera keeps getting out of focus, it cannot scan anything. Totally waste of time. Uninstalled.
1 ★Watse of my time using this App! Scanned many times but it couldn't read the QR Code. The QR code is perfectly clear no damage, but your app just couldn't scan it, keep on moving back and forth even though the QR code already focus clearly. Sent the error report to the customer service but still no feedback. It's already been 1 week. Omg. Is the customer service team still exist?
1 ★I can't enter the codes asked, whenever I try nothing happens. The camera can't focus well. It is not android friendly app even if I have the most updated Android version EMUI 9.1.0
1 ★By far the worst app I've ever wasted my time on. This is completely a waste-ware full of ads and rubbish while asking for so many permissions, in the end you hold the phone for 30mins trying to scan the tag until your eyes are losing focus and you feel lightheaded, that's when you finally give up and conclude without guilt that this app is rubbish, or the hi-tech tag is. DON'T BOTHER DOWNLOADING THIS APP UNLESS YOU LIKE TO EXPLORE CRAPWARE.
3 ★to date, I can not write the code therefore I can not check the products authenticity. there were something wrong somewhere in the app. hope you solve this problem. is there any ways other than this app for product authentication??
1 ★Stupid apps. Cannot focus on any labels. Tried on different products, even the one that I confirm the authenticity as I bought from physical official store. Spent almost 30 mins just to scan the barcodes but everytime failed! And a black box keep popping up. The worst. Im deleting this. And all the bad reviews/comments you get about this problem, all you can reply is to send you email? Maybe if you fix this problem from long time ago, we wouldnt have to do this.
3 ★First scanning give the result that my product is ori. But 2nd scanning and more the result is suspected counterfeit. The explanation pls.
