Ada seorang petugas upacara yang akan membacakan UUD 1945 atau UUD 45, begini bunyinya " Undang-undang dasar 1945,..Pembukaan bahwa sesungguhnya...dst”. Jadi saya tekankan sekali lagi marilah kita isi kemerdekaan ini dengan hal dapat membanggakan bangsa ini, minimal hal-hal positif.
