Attraverso l’app Booking CRP è infatti possibile accedere (compilando un semplice form) dal proprio dispositivo mobile, alla prenotazione dei servizi messi a disposizione dalla biblioteca, evitando assembramenti e file all’ingresso, in autonomia e in modo gratuito, 24 ore su 24, e scegliendo l’orario di maggior gradimento. L'app è disponibile nella versione Andriod. Installando sul proprio smartphone l’app ciascuno potrà accedere ai servizi messi a disposizione dalla struttura come: l’info-point, il reference e il supporto per la ricerca bibliografica, la prenotazione per l’utilizzo di una postazione pc.Inoltre l’app mobile integra la tecnologia di navigazione e posizionamento indoor “NexToMe” con l’obbiettivo di migliorare i servizi al pubblico, al fine di offrire un sistema dinamico per conoscere la presenza e aree di stazionamento dei visitatori. In via del tutto sperimentale e anonima, la biblioteca del Consiglio Regionale della Puglia, è la prima struttura ad ospitare una tecnologia innovativa di localizzazione indoor, l’utente sarà in grado di orientarsi utilizzando il proprio smartphone, proprio come un navigatore.
