OTTO is a communication platform designed to connect patients to their local providers. Using HD video on your device, you can visit your doctor right away or schedule an appointment at a later date and time. It is as easy as that - because getting treated should be easy.--
OTTO knows that when you feel sick, the last thing you want to do is leave the house. We know that sometimes it’s hard to figure out if you even need to see a provider at all. And we definitely know we want to help you before you wind up in the emergency room after hours on a Friday night. OTTO is your solution. We have integrated our remote video technology with provider offices to give patients personal, community-based experiences for your healthcare needs.
With OTTO, you use high-definition video to speak to your doctor in real-time (iPhone, iPad, Android, or computer). OTTO allows you to get treated from your home or office, and after hours if you need it. If your provider is available, you can speak right away. If your doctor is unavailable, you have the option to schedule a video appointment for later, or to visit with one of your provider’s available colleagues.

How it works:
* Download the app
* Create an account (either using the app or on ottohealth.com)
* Find your provider or a provider in your state.
* Make an appointment and provide us with a reason for the visit.
* When it’s 10 minutes before your appointment log in and click on the “My Appointments” icon.
* You will then be able to wait for your doctor to log on and your video visit will begin.
