1 ★So I am an Android user and I have updated to the latest version of the included health app I was previously had Doctor on demand and I loveed DOD. I never experienced any issues with that app but I know that they have been I believe transitioned over or brought out I'm not sure. So I started getting an email from included health indicating that I owed a balance. But the email looked a little suspicious especially being that going into the included health app and into the desk

1 ★Constantly needs to be updated, yet no real improvements. Not user friendly. Constantly clicking areas and getting errors. Zero history right now. Automatically chooses your primary care dr for you if you see a new dr. Cannot search for telehealth drs you've seen. Days and weeks will go by with no answers in messages. I hate using this app and only use it when I absolutely have to. Theres always an issue. ALWAYS.

1 ★I chat with an live agent for release of medical records and they sent me the DocuSign on January 7, I sign everything sent it back. Tell me why they asked me so many times for a release form already I sign already. Then I had to send them a screenshot showing that them I sign it already. I needed those release form last month on the 25th. I cancel all my appointments: Update again in my email this morning just got another release form DocuSign this app is so frustrating don't need you anymore.

5 ★I know healthcare is extremely expensive in the United States and sometimes you don't feel like you're actually getting treatment that is going to help you. Utilizing included health has been the best experience with health care that I can remember. They stick with me through my ups and downs and they continue to help me. That's all that matters. I wish for everybody to be able to get the medical help that they require. Mental or physical.. My Dr is also amazing.

1 ★Piece of garbage, recent updates to their system have made it impossible to join an appointment or an urgent care visit via the app or through web. Avoid at all costs. See a local doctor. You'll wait less.
