1 ★App keeps disconnecting and new to restart phone to reconnect. The sleep data, weather is not working... A lot is not functioning.

1 ★The SG2 watch is a good watch but this app is terrible the watch disconnects and you cant get it to connect until you reboot the phone not the watch. The height and weight is in kg and cm even though I have it set to inches and pounds. The watch only shows weather in celcius. Please fix the issues I like the layout of the app and the watch is very nice. I am going to try other apps to see if I can find one that has less issues. You can do better than this!

1 ★Watch is good but app support is just pathetic. There should have been a better app with this watch. Very bad app. Zero star for this app.
1 ★It's not possible to adjust "End sedentary time" - menu with digits is broken. Please add on "Blood pressure" graphic, 2 bold horizontal lines on 80 and 120 (this is a normal blood pressure) and tiny horizontal lines 10, 20, 30 to 160, to be easier for viewing collecting blood pressure at the day, week and month data. It will be good if there is a dark theme. Edit: from time to time smart watch is disconnected and only ways to connect back is to reboot phone or to "force stop" HPlusFit app.
2 ★I can't update latest firmware. And I don't know why i haven't seen this review's before buying my new SG2. Sad
4 ★I just got my watch about an hour ago and connected with no issues so far. I see lots of comments about watch face options and I do have to agree. Most are colored yellow or red and seem quite "bulky". I'd love one with just white watch hands. Nothing else. Very simple. I'll update with more use =)
2 ★Hello, I am curious why both apps have severe issues. The HPlusFit app allowed me to pair my smart watch with my Samsung S9 without issue but does not allow me to receive any notifications or email messages. The opposite can be said for the HPlus Watch app. This app will not connect with either my phone or my smartwatch. Yet when I view the settings it has already defaulted to allow notifications. My suggestion is that you merge both apps together and make one solid app that work
2 ★Can't even instal an update properly! Would be great to see more interfaces added! 😭
2 ★You need to fix this app asap. Half of the time it does not track sleep. Doesn't sync properly. The 'raise the hand to brighten' feature is nice, but not at night! Needs to be either on a schedule or easy to turn off.
2 ★It should connect only with WIFI.. also my weather on watch is not updated even after connecting SG2 with app.. need more watch faces
