2 ★After placing an order the restaurant take a lot of time to accept it or to refuse it. An assistant from you should call the restaurant to confirm with him there's an order have been sent to his phone.

1 ★I believe if you mention 4tnd delivering fees, then when we order it is becoming 5 tnd ,this is not honnest, and it shows lack of credibility. This happened in many orders btw. Be pro when displaying fees!

5 ★Your authentication system sucks, i tried different numbers and i haven't received an SMS. What a way to lose customers. The lack of quality control is shocking.

4 ★The app is awesome, but I have a suggestion, whu you don't put a picture for any meal, this will help us know the exactly thing that we want to buy, and thanks again for the great app

1 ★The app is useless, you cannot add any items to cart, it's always empty. I tried everything to make it work. Force Stop, Clear Cache Memory, Clear Data, Uninstall and Re-install. still no luck of adding any items to the cart. ------------------------------------------ Update: Now the cart problem is solved, but another issue rised. I made an order and received the wrong order and there's no way or a function in the app to report wrong order.

2 ★The app is still far from stable. Some of the funds spent in coupons should go to app improvement, incentives for deliverers in cold weather and customer service. Once people can trust that their orders won't be cancelled without notice and delivered on time, only then it can be relied on. For now, users still need to have a plan B for their meals

1 ★I was about to use the app to buy food and drinks to my family and my friends in Algeria from USA But I couldn't use my US phone number!! It saids the confirmations code sent but I didn't receive anything!!!

2 ★Prices of groceries is not bad but the app glitches too much so it makes it barely possible to process an order for anything I need. Always having to reopen the app as it closes after I select an item and even shows the incorrect cart amount before checkout.

3 ★The delivery is amazing fast. And prices is great. I use Checkers60 weekly and will start using Yassur definitely more. The app however have glitches. When you go to search it defaults to the home screen or out of the app. Please fix

1 ★Awful experience. The app bugs when looking for the delivery address. When trying to enter the address manually, the doesn't accept it. After I close it and open it many times, I could pass my order, however, the app keeps generating notification sound for no reason!!!! Bad experience...
