5 ★Love woolworths rewards and everyday extra. But now that I don't have a credit card(I had to cancel as zip pay was taking unauthorised payment from my bank).. There is no other payment option like PayPal or Google pay, bank account etc so that I can continue my next annual subscription..
1 ★I have been asked by notifications to 'shake my snowglobe' at least 4 times now but when I tap and open the app it doesn't work. You would think with record profits they could afford to make sure their app is functional.
1 ★Disappointing that my email rewards offers don't boost anymore. I have made contact many times, only to be told yes I have fixed the problem. But nothing has been fixed and I have missed out on alot of extra rewards resulting in me missing out on extra points leading towards money. NOT HAPPY
2 ★Sorry Woolworths, but what was a nice app has now become a nuisance. Finding favourite specials was easy. Now you need to swipe as you can only see two items at a time. Yep, first world problems but apps should be easy and user friendly.
1 ★0 stars. Everyday Rewards Pay is buggy and deducted money from both Rewards dollars and my saved credit card, so I was charged $110 rewards dollars + $112.50 on my credit card when should have charged only $2.50 to the credit card. The Woolies X team which builds this app is a joke that they can push such buggy apps to public. Let all of them or at least the so called product managers use the app every single day before they push it out to public. Wait times 60 min+ on chat/call
5 ★My experience is that the Portland Woolies team are great to deal with and are always willing to assist when asked. I can honestly say that even in the last 12 months I haven't had a bad/ uncomfortable interaction with any staff. Great work, keep it up.
4 ★About 6 months ago, app would not open unless I signed in to Google Play. Correspondence with Everyday Rewards and Google Play did not resolve issue, although I have been assured that I should not have to be signed in. I prefer not to be signed in to Google all the time, and this is more an irritation than something major.
2 ★They removed the digital rewards card from the app. Instead they want me to add a credit or debit card in the app and pay through that. This is asking for too much personal info. Instead I'll stop using rewards points. Edit: It is accessible but the visual layout seems designed to hide that so people just put in their debit/credit card instead. Upped from 1 to 2 stars.
3 ★On the whole it is a good app. I use android and don't get the snow globe. My son uses iPhone and has the snow globe feature in his app. The favourites tab has changed and now it is too hard for me (visually impaired) to see.
2 ★Most of the time, payment via the app gets cancelled and I have to switch to another payment app! It's inconvenient and getting to the stage where I'm about to give up using it!
2 ★Massive downgrade since the Woolworths money app stopped working. 1) Gift card transaction history is useless. 2) Also using a gift card when using everyday pay is atrocious as it doesn't allow you to specify which gift card to use. Eg I don't want to be using wish cards at Woolworths when I have a groceries gift card. 3) Can't also have more than one everyday membership card loaded which again was possible with Woolworths money app. Long way to go.
5 ★I rarely leave reviews, but I will on this one. The Everyday Rewards app is excellent, especially compared to the terrible Flybuys app. The Everyday Rewards app is functional and instantaneous and I can deal with all my transactions via the app. Well done to the app developers for making this app so functional.
