Aplikasi Bodhipathapradipam berbasis Android ini dibuat dalam rangka Maha Pranidhana Puja yang diselenggarakan oleh Kadam Choeling Indonesia pada tanggal 25 Desember 2013 hingga 1 Januari 2014.Diterjemahkan dan disusun dalam Bahasa Tibet dari Sansekerta oleh kepala biara yang agung dari India (Dipamkara Shrijnana) dan editor dan penerjemah yang agung, Geway Lodrö (Nagtso Lotsawa). Teks ini disusun di Biara Tholing di Shangshung.
Diterjemahkan dari Bahasa Tibet di bawah bimbingan Yang Mulia Dagpo Rinpoche oleh R. Patton dengan merujuk pada penjelasan dBalmang dKon mChog rGyal mTsan’s. Venuex-Les Sablons, Mei 2008.
Diterjemahkan dari bahasa Inggris ke bahasa Indonesia oleh Joly, Desember 2008. Dialihaksarkan dan selesai diedit pada 30 Desember 2013 di Leduk, Jawa Timur oleh Lobsang Gyatso.
