1 ★Below average in terms of performance, quality and stability. Not what I would expect from TVB. App will periodically sign me out, (very inconvenient) considering my family watches it and I'm not always around to log in. Loading loops, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to "fix" it. The UI is very slow, video navigation is lacking. Update: App will consistently say I am not subscribed when I am. I have to log on a different device to get it working
4 ★Some drama are not listed in the correct sequence. Sometimes, some episodes have no subtitle. Also can you guys please upload the drama call fighting tiger more drama.
1 ★No service after payment. No response to emails. No customer service. Have to pay a second time to get service. This happened twice in two months. Cancelling for good.
1 ★Ridiculous billing policy. I've been on this service for 3 months now. The monthly billing to credit card happens, say on the 23rd, they suspend access on the 23rd, EVEN THOUGH the credit card charge is successful, they continue to suspend access UNTIL it clears their own system at least ?? days later. Google should look into it. I'm paying $29.99/month but get a month minus X days of service. As of 11/29/23, no service, no CS callbacks, no email response.
