1 ★All the prices are in $... I have checked my location and the settings are fine. I've tried turning off my settings, turning on airplane mode leaving it and turning it back on and it still doesn't work.

3 ★Bug in APP. I placed order of 1 kg Isolate whey protein, payment was done but order was not placed. After 15 mins it dispayed in my orders that order is in progress. But still the order I placed should have removed from cart and should show in confirmed orders. But it is still showing in cart.
1 ★I could use my Country so I ca not order last year it was possible I am living in UK and now the app shows me as I am living in US. I was never been in US. It is a shame as I can lot use my phone for orders. I have on my phone settings location UK, on my android play store default location again UK but it stills not working and show me US. I am using your app and doesn't have any option or settings to change location. How can do that?
1 ★Really really really disappointed!!! I wanted to order a sleeveless hoodie during the winter sale but as soon as I click on the product it redirects the page to another category. I tried adding it to my wishlist but guess what! I cannot access my profile. I tried the same on the browser and through facebook but nothing works. Not ordering anything through this site now😠
5 ★Good service and overall items are great. Had an issue on the app where it wouldn't pick up home country. I changed my phone's language input to English only (UK) and this resolved the issue.
5 ★My experience with my protein is always helpful. The website keeps the customers well informed of the product and with a great price range can't seem to go wrong.
1 ★BAD customer service. They promise delivery timelines of 5-10 days and then their emails say 12-14 days. Their customer service is unhelpful and it would be easier to bang your head on a wall to get the result you want. It seems like all they care about is your money. Buy from somewhere else and save your self the MASSIVE amount of headache and stress.
1 ★Bad experience with myprotein, I have ordered on 04.05.2021 but product not arrived to me yet. I tracked my order status as "returned to shipper" on 07.05.2021. But after many complaints neither order received nor refund.
1 ★Unable to change my location 😒. It shows UK as default. By the way shouldn't the app be setting the location using the IP address or something.
1 ★Placed an order 2 weeks back. Didn't receive the product yet. Not able to track the order. Got a response from the customer care team that the parcel is being sent back to the sender. Why the hell was I waiting for more than 2 weeks?
