Description

To use the zTenant application, incoming tenants must receive an invite email from their property management company. In this email will be the login password which the property management company does not have access to. The zTenant application allows a tenant to fully document the condition of the home at the time of move in which protects both the tenant and landlord. A PDF copy of the inspection report will be sent to your email once uploading has been completed.

This new version of the application includes a completely renewed interface, camera experience, and usability.

1 ★The app is trash. UI is clunky and camera controls are a pain. The flash settings are a cycle vs a select, and who needs two selfie camera options? Get rid of those and add the ability to use the 3 cameras on the back of the phone! And the one thing that annoyed me the most of this dumpster fire of an app, and prompted me to even bother with this review, is that EVERY TIME you take a photo, it plays the most annoying bargin-bin camera shutter sound at FULL VOLUME and can't be turned off.

1 ★Register for an account manually online? No thanks. Have you not heard of Google integration? In your oncreate for main just throw a button in there. If people can't test the app within a few short moments of installation... It's uninstalled.

2 ★It won't let me open this application. It keeps saying I have an account. I did try one time but didn't let me finish it. I tried to get back in, a problem occurred.

1 ★this app is so stupid when you rent a place you have to do everything on internet no in person paper work in office what about people who do not know how to use a computer this company Drags you into submission Nothing is told to you upfront about what they expect!! from you Your like in LALA Land was not told about simple Bills either till rent and Deposit was was made and did all signed paper work which i repeat all on computer or your android phone their has to be a easier way than this How about in person in your office How about the management company who has did your application do the inspection and give feed back to the maintenance for work order sorry but they put their job on the tenants very Dissatisfied with how they run this property company sinceerly Wallace Mullins

1 ★This program is total garbage. Totally un-user friendly.

1 ★I have no idea what they want me to do

1 ★This app does NOT allow you to upload pictures you've already taken. Enormous design flaw, I took tens of pictures before moving in, and now that I've got everything inside and in the way, I can't upload them to the app. I didn't have access to the app until days after moving in. EDIT: Denying the ability to upload pictures claiming it is in the interest of both parties is a blatant excuse. Time-stamping pictures in-app based on the device and requiring they be of a certain quality is adequate.

5 ★easy app to use and nice being able to just send pics in for inspections. would definitely recommend using this app.
